Forgot to mention that in the end, I think we negotiated a price that was more than just fair. Close enough to some of the lowest prices I've read that people nationwide paid for the same Odyssey model.
Brian , the salesman was very accomodating/helpful and very patient with me and my wife. I don't usually talk to a salesman whenever I'm in a car Dealership, they're very annoying and pushy, but Brian was the opposite. Hopefully he'll stay forever at Avery Greene.
My salesman (Don Tolentino) was great. He never tried to push a sale on me, just wanted to make sure I understood all the numbers and how everything would work out if I went through with the trade in. He made everything fast and simple.
No pressure. Daniel Lew actually listened to what I wanted/needed and found the perfect car to match. The last dealership that I dealt with spent most of their time talking about the color of the car instead of horsepower, mileage, or reliability.
