We've stayed here multiple times. The Hotel was in good condition, spacey, great for family because it has a full kitchen and living area with separate bedroom. There's also has a Trader Joe's across the street if you want to get a late snack or if you want to stock the kitchen for an extended trip.

Booked this last minute and got a spacious double bed room that came with a pull out couch. I was surprised by the full sized kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting DC as it is close to Georgetown and the National Mall.

Stayed at the Avenue Suites with my wife and two adult daughters. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel has many accommodations. Easy to catch a cab. It is right near Georgetown and a short walk to restaurants. Best of all was the service. Everyone went out of their way to help you enjoy your visit.

This lovely hotel can be found in Downtown. The total number of rooms is 124. Avenue Suites Georgetown is not a pet-friendly establishment.
