Help us make it rightI have lived here since 2005. I have had the old owners and the new owners. Sure, they are different but I couldn't be happier. With every community you have issues. These are miniscue compared to other places. Avenel is number #1, great area, great service and great staff. Parties every month. They have never let me down. Keep it going Avenel
It's always nice when the manager writes reviews for the apartment complex.
I have lived at Avenel for the past year while my house was being constructed and have had a great experience. I loved the new construction and the attention to the landscaping.
Obviously someone is out to get Avenel for one reason or another. I have looked at plenty of other complex's reviews and never have seen so many about one place! I actually live at Avenel and I enjoy it! I have had some issues that I had to deal with the management staff about, but they were always very kind and helpful in getting everything taken care of for me.
