Frederick was (and is) very busy. We had to schedule and reschedule the installation several times before getting it completed. He does excellent work and is very knowledgable. Uses only quality products. I appreciated his thuroughness and cleaning up after he finished. He has promised to return for some minor additional work and am awaiting his follow through.

He was very polite and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone
