We've been very happy here. Lease was easy and quick to sign. Neighbors are very friendly. The apartments are great and well-kept. Maintenance staff is very prompt and helpful. Norberto has helped us several times and he is in and out of the apartment so quickly you hardly notice. We love using the pools …

The apartment complex is well maintained, very clean and well managed. The apartments themselves are modern and well equipped. The floor plans are probably the only negative aspect of the units. Although they are somewhat large (approximately 1500 square feet), the layout is not well utilized. Pros: The floor plans and spce are great. Helpful on site staff. Cons: Hearing every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Overall noise from surrounding apartments. Non friendly neighbors.
