Yes the apartment is cute but management sucks, there is always a new face in the rent office from one month to the next, Also management overcharges the resident with ridiculous fees and a overpriced water bill that's is due with rent or they will charge a 100 dollar late fee. It's all about money. Can't trust the rent office.
