First time buyer, wonderful inspector.

As a first time buyer I was very nervous about what and how the inspection would unfold. Mr. Kelley was thorough and knowledgeable about every asbect of the home inspection. He did find a few major issues but as a previous contractor he was able to inform me of the cost and the knowledge of how to repair the issues.

Joe Kelly arrived before the arranged time and began his inspection. He took the time to go over in detail all his findings as well as to show me where all the main switches were. By the time he was done I felt I knew the house intimately. He was polite and spoke in plain language so I understood everything in layman terms. It was a pleasure and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Each of our inspectors at Avalon Home Inspection is CERTIFIED by the ICC (formerly CABO). Avalon Home Inspectors are also certified by ASHI, the American Society of Home Inspectors. We are also full members of GA-ASHI, the local chapter of ASHI. Each of our inspectors must pass the National Home Inspector Exam NHIM. Each Inspector must obtain a state police background check and are approved...
