I currently live at the Avalon Laurel. The apartments are lovely to look at with ample kitchen space and a prime location to I-95. However, I have a couple of issues of concern: 1. I'm still disappointed...I've voiced my concern about the parking issue to the leasing office as well as Avalon Customer Care on Wednesday, April 12. I was told by the Customer Care, I will get a call back from a P.O.D. with 24-48 hours--if they called me, they called you. The office should be deemed as Avalon Customer Careless Service. #dontcalluswewillyou.

Living in Avalon Exeter was the worst experience Avalon Exeter, that is currently under Ryan's P. management, lied to us and rented a unit that was not prepared to take on occupants for the winter months. We moved-in at the beginning of January and lived for over two and a half months …
