Courteous, knowledgeable, good explanations and open to questions, professional.. Really terrific. I will finally have a dermatologist in Santa Monica where I live as opposed to way out in Westlake Village.

My appointment could not have been better. On time, efficient and everyone could not have been any more professional yet warm. Great experience and I am definately returning.

Called for a price quote for one of their services. I was told they could not give me a quote unless I came in for a consult which would cost me $120. So I need to pay for a consult to get info on pricing? Makes no sense. Going to a place where I can make an informed decision without having to pay for it.

We've had great experiences at this office. Everyone is so nice and appointments run on time. My daughter's skin has cleared up quickly from just a few treatments. I highly recommend this practice!
