Update - It's getting worse here. I thought the building was a smoke-free community yet at all of the common area/lounge spaces, people are constantly smoking. Isn't this a violation of the lease agreement???? Also, I'm not sure what's happening here but some of the tenants just don't seem to give a sh*t about …

This review is for Nick and Allen from maintenance. Great guys, came in the very next morning after I recorded maintenance request, fixed everything really quickly and were very helpful! Great service!

This review is re: my experience with Nick from the maintenance team. Nick fielded a request after hours on Sunday night when our fuse blew and we were unable to fix it ourselves. He was extremely accommodating, friendly, and patient and went above an beyond to make sure he identified and fixed the problem. Our experience with Nick could not have gone better. Joe Resident
