The worst customer service and very slow repair work.

They have had my TV for 10 months and it is still not fixed. Every time I try to call them "no one will talk with me"
I have tried to go down to the business and still, all the information the front clerk will give me is there is no one there right now for me to talk to. I have filed a complaint with the BBB in Fort Worth,TX.
