I live in the Valley Apartments along Northampton Road.

The management company will often drag their feet for weeks before fixing repairs and when they finally come do a poor job. If you complain about their poor workmanship they have the audacity to try to -Charge- you for fixing it after they "fixed" it the first time.

Also it's in a very poor location along the highway so it's not...

I had been looking for an apartment in Easthampton/Northampton for a while. You would not believe the overpriced dumps I was considering before I found Autumn Properties. They showed me a bunch of different apartments around town. There was quite a variety - some brand new, modern apartments, others smaller and older, obviously different prices. You get what you pay for. I had a hard time...

I never should have rented from here. Windows are leaky, doors are of poor quality, floors are extremely ugly and outdated, carpets have probably never been shampooed, and the neighbors are absolute loons. My fridge started pooping out not even a month after moving in. This apartment was really only good for blind people who enjoy using the cold draft from the windows and doors to keep their...

I have rented with Autumn for years and personally have never had anything but good experiences. On the rare occassions I've needed maintenence they came promptly. The staff is friendly and helpful.
