These fellows totally botched my order which was on a special deal, 5 qts of oil and a filter for a set price. My car has a dry sump, needed 12 qts of expensive 5w50, so I thought I'd get 12 qts and two filters. Filters not in stock, special order, "delivery tomorrow". The salesguy set the oil aside for me.
