I love Herbmart, and since I moved from Richardson to Rockwall it was a bit of trek to get to the store in Plano which I thought was the only one. WooHoo! This one is much closer. Poor customer service skills. I called for a part and was given an answer before I finished asking my question. Then I was put on hold before I could finish my request! Where is the professionalism?
