Not professional at all gave me the wrong part ,gave me the runaround told me I would get the part by 1 , I called they said 130 ,2 o'clock came and went and still no answer I go up there they had the part ,then they gave me my core back on my card now I have to wait on that, nobody cared not very professional

Absolutely terrible service. They did not want to help AT ALL. The female there was EXTREMELY rude. She rolled her eyes at me, huffed when i asked for help. Will NEVER go back here again. I was considering calling corporate on them because of how terrible i was treated there.

Excellent service!! Really appreciate help changing out my battery! Also that it was swapped out under warranty so no charge! Will def be coming back and recommending Autozone to my friends!
