I went in to buy a battery for my 2012 E350. They were very nice, I put battery in, couldn't get clip to work. Car died 3 days later. I would give them negative stars if i could. By far one of the rudest employees i have ever dealt with over the phone. Talking back and not giving any effort into looking for the part i needed. Nasty attitude. I had the part number for crying out loud. Not knowledgeable at all. Never shopping here.

Omg. Where to begin. This autozones has to be by far the worst store I've ever been in.Jut dropped close to $200 on parts. Nice location. Gets pretty busy. Lines get long. I would try coming in the morning or early afternoon. Staff is nice. Customer service is great. Looks a little dirty outside, but no problem. Always a taco truck near by. Parking lots gets busy too.
