Hot humid day after work. Serpentine belt broke five blocks away. They had several options and loaned me a tool to install it. The lady is great. Kind, helpful and cheerful and full of energy. Half hour later I was on my way, AC blowing cold, and battery charging.

This is the best autozone I've been to. The employees here are very attentive and courteous. Good customer service and expertise on saving money on car repairs. Buy the parts that need to be replaced so that your mechanic can't charge you extra for it.
