The store manager Hanz Kessler refused to let me borrow a jump box after I had broken down at the Chalkville Mtn Rd intersection right in front of the store. Even after asking for help because my two toddler children were with me, and we were causing a jam at the intersection. This man was rude and extremely uncompassionate. I hope in his time of need he never runs across anyone like himself.

Waisted my time standing in line. When I got to the register, the lady wouldn't even let me explain what I was looking for. She just cut me off mid sentence and said "you gotta go somewhere else for that". She didn't even know what I wanted yet. Don't waist your time. Too many other stores that "want" customers near by
