Worse experience ever !! Walked in 12 mins to close the door was locked :/ I came for a car battery they proceeded to tell me that they were closed after letting me in saying go ahead after me...

Thank you Autozone for not hiring me, after watching your employees and staff I am no longer interested in working for you. Most of your employees don't have any type of experience in the automotive industry and don't seem to know what customer satisfaction means.

Not really happy at all. Went for a simple battery change. You would think this would be easy, but no. When the employee removed the battery, some random metal part dropped into my car...somewhere..."Don't worry, you don't need that..." Oh, ok. Then we somehow manage to strip the nut on the battery terminal, perhaps from trying to jam it into a half dozen different sockets and trying to put it...
