The only doctor who said my knee could be fixed! So far, going on two years after TKR, so good!
Cant thank him enough!
I have been a patient of Dr Tefferis for twenty years. That about sums up how much I respect and trust this doctor. I live in Canada and travel annually to see Dr. Tefferi at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester with correspondence during the year.
I had an 8-day visit to Mayo and Dr. Fleming was my primary doctor. I was very impressed with him as he took down my entire medical history. He made recommendations for what tests I should have completed and was reassuring when I asked questions. He was extremely helpful and insightful, and I appreciate his help. I would recommend him.
Dr. Fleming was not only unprofessional and combative when I asked him questions in the appointment, but more importantly, he did not fairly assess my condition due to preconceived notions about my medical history. During the appointment, I asked several questions about my care, and he was dismissive and condescending in his answers. Horrible experience.
Dr. Mark Morrey's orthopedic skills and Dr. Brian Carlsen's plastic surgery skills were stretched beyond imagination to save my Mom's arm. Amputation appeared likely. These doctors worked night and day for months, no exaggeration, giving her their all+. Their care and success is surely an original medical achievement documented for others' reference. Memories of their warmth and true devotion...
