I bought the 4 door window tint package off of groupon then after reading some of the most recent reviews I was quite skeptical about going through with my appointment. Paid for it, owner said he order wrong part, and would be in the following Tuesday. Then I had one run around after another. had to have credit card company refund owner would not return my calls. Avoid this place!

Rude staff and take forever

I absolutely hated it. Staff are extremely rude and they are always booked so be prepared to wait a month or more to get it done. Once u get there even if you are on time they won't start working on your car and they take the sweet time to talk to each other, other than get to work. They didn't do a good job either. Had a appointment to have my 5 windows tented waited 4hrs. After 30 day's of installation there was bubbles on all windows and the 2 front tinted windows appeared to be scratch. I made the call to Audio House and they granted the warranty to service the unsatisfied installation and made a 2nd trip from Windsor. I made my first appointment for 10am. When i got there for my 10am appointment they told me they couldn't see my car until 1130am. Without a fuss they rescheduled me for the following week at the same time. I was told my car would be priority. I dropped my car off at 10am. They told me it would be done around noon.
