If I could give ZERO to all Autobells I would. I took my car to Autobell on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte and when I got it back it had damage to the driver's side rear tire area. I pointed it and all the manager Brandon said was we have to run it again through the wash to see if we can replicate the incident. Dismissed... the fact that the process contains more than just going through the car...

All the other Auto Bells are pretty good but this location has slipped hard.. This the second time I have spent $30 and got nothing for it . I had to ask the guide to vacuum the plastic empty door...
