Great Service in an Emergency

My car broke down on a Sunday afternoon while I was visiting family in Austin, and a family member recommended Austin Auto Techs on RR 620. I sent them an email that evening for an appointment Monday morning (a nice feature on their website!) and called as soon as they opened. They said I could have my car towed in and they would take a look at it, but they couldn't promise it would be ready that day. I had it towed to the shop and waited for a short time in their nice waiting room (TV, drinks, and lots of good magazines, very clean and neat). They checked out the car and told me what the...
