Usually great, but this time had to turn around after driving off because there was a new noise. It was an inconvenience more than anything else, and Mark made sure it was corrected immediately.

Had 1 tire changed around, it was directional. The wheel had really hard rub marks on it, not gouges but had to do some real cleaning and rubbing to get them to come off. Took about an hour. When I looked inside the barrel of the wheel I noticed that where the new wheel weight was stuck down that the wheel hadn't even been cleaned off properly before installation. I was a little hesitant to take my BMW to a non-BMW dealership for servicing. I was extremely impressed with their familiarity with my 535i GT. They did an awesome job serving exactly what needed to me done without trying to jam me with a bunch of extras. They saved me a ton of money over the dealership quote as well.
