Brad is a loser

I had the same problem. I applied, they sent me an email saying I was approved, then 3 days later received an email saying I was not approved. Brad pretty much told me "We have your money, have a nice life". Nice company. I filed a claim with BBB, and reversed the fees with my bank. Ha Ha Brad, I got my money!!! Ha Ha.

Satisfied so far

I just enrolled with authorize.net. i process my very first payment. I have no need to call customer service at this point. this company is offering a very small fee for their services. You pay for what get. Most of the complaints, I read were people who got rejecteded, of course they will complain. I was informed about the fee's. most application fee's are non-refundable.

Authorize.net Misleading Application Horrible Customer Service

Don't fill out the application for Authorize.net.  Unlike Paypal, they automatically charge you non-refundable sign up fees a month later.  Also, I was charged for a month of service even though I canceled the account as soon as the payment showed up on my bank account.  Basically, if you fill out the application, say good bye to your money!  For some reason, I'm being charged over 150...
