I called the to repair our fridge and our oven.

The oven sometimes would not get up to the set temp. and would only heat up to 250. The fridge was losing temp. and would go down 4-5 degrees.
when Authorize Service man arrived he had no tools. Turned on my stove used our temp gage to check the heat and said the temp is fine. this took the time to heat up the oven. Next he said lets go down to the basement, turn off the circuit braker to the fridge and back on again.
I did this while he stood watching. We went back up he opened up the fridge noticed that the temp was back to normal and...
