This school is everything that I have been looking for! They have the fighting techniques, forms, herbal knowledge and ch'i k'ung! The instructors are really knowledgeable and really want to help the students grow. The best part is the staff and students are extremely friendly. This school has helped me become healthier and happier in my life.
This is a great martial arts school. Everything ranging from external excercises and conditioning, internal meditations and forms, sparring, herbal knowledge, and weapons. I leave every class feeling accomplished and VERY happy. It's more than enough to keep me coming back for more!

This is a great Kung Fu School! Great instructors and variety it what you learn and each class keeps you interested and wanting to come back! There is also a program for everyone, kids, adults, women, men. It is warm and welcoming so you can feel comfortable while you get to learn self defense, cool techniques, and get a great work out. Definitely recommend this school!!
This place is a really good school. I have been involved in martial arts for a while, and I am so happy that I got involved with this school. The instructors are very good, patient, highly effective in teaching, and friendly. It is well worth your while to check this place out!
Great fun place to train. The staff is very friendly and the environment is attitude free. There¿s a lot of great information to learn and it¿s taught in a way that is a supportive environment. There¿s always something new to learn especially if you want to learn traditional martial arts.
