My experience was a complete surprise,seeing that I'm from Illinois, I expected to be treated like a number. And boy was I surprised from the doctor to the receptionist everyone was wonderful. Treated me like I've been a patient forever. But most important remembered my name. You can't get any better service than this. I will recommend Dr. Jacobs and his crew to anyone that'l listen. lol
