The trick to having good BBQ is knowing when they make fresh BBQ. It has been a while since i've been to Austin's so I do not know if the menu has changed but since they still offer brisket I can only assume they still offer burnt ends. The online menu neglects to mention the burnt ends. I've had their baby back ribs, which are very tasty. i also had aside of burnt ends, which were the best...
