My family has been seeing Dr. Lane for years. He is very understanding and patient, especially with my kids who do not like going to the dentist! He always answers all of my questions thoroughly.

If I could i would give negative stars! Arrived for 9am appt. No staff at front desk. 5 minutes later someone shows up, says it will be a minute. 5 minutes later more staff shows up. 915am Dr shows up. No one is communicating with me at all. 920 am called in, as I am walking out the door. I asked why all staff is walking in after my scheduled 9am appt. Told Dr lives far away. No apologies at...
