I am currently living at Augusta Meadows. I have been here for two years. Year one was perfect! Loved everything! If there was an issue it was resolved quick! Year two--a lot changed. Long story short, I went a week without a fridge and all of my groceries spoiled. New management failed to take care of this in a timely manner and lacked sympathy for us. When I went to speak with them face-to-face, I hardly received any eye contact. They also told me that they were not sure if they can reimburse me for my spoiled groceries. Excuse me? Overall I have been very happy living here. The amenities are good. My daughters love the pool. My only complaint is the treadmills are dated and out of order alot. The floor plans are open and spacious. The kitchens are granite with dark appliances which is nice for the price range. The area is nice with a nice mix of middle class and high end homes.
