My husband and I have been living in the studio apartment for about 6 months and we feel so lucky to have found this place! It is such a small, quiet community. We rarely ever hear our neighbors and I love that the complex is gigantic. It's clean and we don't have a roach or bug problem which was a HUGE must for me. The area is great and has easy access to just about everything in Marietta....

Very poor management. The Community Director is rarely available and has a new assistant every 2-3 months. More like a used car salesman. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear and then tell you he never said it.

Horrible! Got suckered in by pool but apt was nightmare.

I would give it half a star if I could!

The only two things about this complex that were nice were the pool (when it was open) and the maintanance staff (who were nice every time they came).

Other than that, there were issues on top of issues. Whenever they have the causeways cleaned, the company they paid would blow water into the apartment. When I would get home from work, the carpets would be drenched. When told of this problem, they looked at me like I was crazy and said no one else was having that problem.

But the worse part was the condition of the apartment ... it was...

Ask for Patrick, he's the best! I visited the apartment complex four times before committing to moving into Augusta Commons. Each time he was patient and answered all of my questions! Augusta Commons offers budget-friendly prices while still maintaining quality service and amenities.
