I just moved to New Orleans from Atlanta and I must say this city is unique. I found this wonderful apartment on the Westbank. The rent is very affordable and my apartment is really nice. The office staff is very helpful.

I love it here. The staff are always there to help whenever I need them.my kids and I love the events the office puts on each month. Great way to meet our neigbors. Maitenance goes above and beyond. Grounds are clean and well maintained. Can't see us going anywhere anytime soon....

I've lived here for 2 years and this is actually a lot nicer than the typical apartment complex. I've always had very quick responses with maintenance. The management is friendly and professional.

They are now Audubon Pointe of Algiers...They are really doing a great job with this property. I have lived here for three months and the staff is great and the property manager is terrific. My kids and I are enjoying our new neighbors and can't wait to play at the new Splash Pad.
