Very bad service. I took a tv in to be fixed last year and they still have it. I took it in for a high pitch sound,they fixed that part but when I got it home I could not get the over the air channels. I took it back to them in july of 2012 they still have it. I agree entirely with the review written by AudiophileSince10. I too have taken a number of items to these guys for repair. While they are somewhat slow, there are more important considerations than getting something back fast. As Audiophile*** has said, they are truly a resource! How many places do you know who can and will repair something as esoteric as a Revox A700 tape deck? A TEAC...
