Steve is great. He followed through on all of his commitments, was prompt and does high quality work. Would recommend.
Forgot a couple of basic things and had to come back. Asked them to do additional things and they said they didn't have time and would come back and didn't.

Job began on March 2 and the initial work was done very well. An additional part was needed and arrived around 3/25. It is now 4/18 and after numerous phone calls and emails I have heard absolutely nothing from the service. Can't imagine why they can't return a call??
Steve Evans was pleasant to work with and did a great job. Not only did he mount a new TV in our family room, he made sure all connections worked and that we understood how to use the devices. He told us to call him anytime if we had additional questions. Also, when I asked him to connect a second DVD player to another TV, he did that as well. He really knows how to connect lots of devices...
