Called them after trying the tv shop on tryon st after being told they had bulb but ended up they didnt. So some guy name Bali tells me hes the doctor and has all in stock, go there he dont either. He tryed to sell me a tv, all I wanted was a bulb for my toshiba tv. I ended up getting one on line and much cheaper too!!! Customer service not good at all. Hard to understand and wasnt very nice!!!!

I was not comfortable with paying him a $40 non refundable fee upfront, plus an unknown amount to repair. Kind of short with us when we asked a few questions.

Super fast, super easy. Not too phone friendly but wow this guy knows his stuff. Can fix anything from a 1980s camcorder to an iPhone.

I had a older stereo receiver I needed to get repaired, it tool over a month to get it back and when I did, it did not work. I had to take it back and waited another two days. Got it back again...
