don't go there with billing questions. manager tells you that he will follow up with you 'tomorrow' with AT&T. 6 days and I'm still waiting. Very happy to sell you a phone, not so inclined to...

on the back of your receipt, in very fine print, you will find out that this store will not service or replace your new iphone, of course, no one will mention it while you're buying one, only when you come back with a problem. the salesperson was so pathetic....he just sat there, turning the receipt over and …
