12/29/12 5 :30 pm walked into Weatherford store to use kiosk to make payment, kiosk not working. Person I asked for assistance said he had to watch the front door. I waited at kiosk for him to come back to assist or ask someone else to. 5 minutes later saw same male employee out in parking lot on break smoking.. Bad reputation of store.

I got better customer service from the machines at Metro PCS, and the non-English speaking call centers at Virgin Mobile. A smile and a friendly greeting do not make great customer service. The "Service" part actually counts! I should be able to walk into the store unshaven, in pajamas, and smelling like garbage and get the same service as a guy in a designer suit and tie. Not at this store....

We are so glad that hey opened this store...we used to have to travel to Ft. Worth to get our phone services, upgraded, yada-yada. We have had no problems... read more >>

I'm not impressed with the aircard for the internet. My connection jumps around and cuts off constantly. Yes the people in the store may be nice, however At&t needs to be able to send a steady signal to their customers.
