Desperately needed to charge my phone because my car had died but was treated like a bum off the street i understand there are policy's in place but I am a paying AT&T customer but was treated very poorly

45 minutes just to return something? AT&T is the worst. The employees are rude too; but that's to be expected. Then, their system had 'shut down' for the night, so we were instructed to come back the next day. This was after they told me that I wasn't allowed to return stuff that I bought online...even …
