So I have auto pay on my phone and I received a message saying my payment would take place on the sixth of this month but it was pulled four days earlier and caused an overdraft fee.

I have been an AT&T customer for about 10 years now. I've seen and experienced many customer sales reps. Adam is the worst sales clerk. he refused to hear my problem and he refused to do anything...

These guys are great! So helpful & friendly. They know there stuff! I had to unlock my phone.(I didn't have a clue) They did it all for me and set me up with a great service. He made sure it all...

First of all, the store had very long lines the workers look like they have no m ovation the manager walks around the store joking instead of helping the cashiers
I would think if this guy haskell help people the line would go down also not being able to buy the phone I want I don't need or want a iPhone so AT&T get rid of this guy and lets replace him with Maurice I have always got 100% customer service from Maurice the store manager should take lessons from him
