I have been trying all day to get a human on the phone!!! I just want to know if they will be open on Memorial Day!! Of course their hours message doesn't make mention of holidays! GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!

It bothers me to no end that it is so difficult to reach a real person on the telephone when calling a telephone store. I even called the national number and they could not reach a real person. A
