My god this place is bad. We spent 45 minutes there (intending to buy a phone), left with nothing, and exchanged a maximum 10 sentences with the sales rep. Customer service was not her strong suit. Neither was catty subtlety...wish I had checked her name tag.

I got my Galaxy Note 4 here because Best Buy ran out and didn't know when they would get more. Rob was excellent. He was very easy to talk to, and he knows what he's doing...the setup was quick and easy.
