I always come to this location for my att needs. The sales team is attentive and helpful. I was there on Sunday & Caleb took care of me. Not only did he answer all my questions, but he helped me save money!!

This review is not aimed at this location. They are very nice. But I am so fed up with AT&T. I can't be they are so inconsiderate of the existing customer when everyone is doing so much the try and gain new business. I have been loyal to them for years and for what? I'm tired of being overcharged and having nothing done about it. T moble or verison here I come!

Not happy with this store and it service, my sim card was switch out To a new one, with out notifying me and I lost all of my dataAnd phone contacts for business, called up to find out whatHappened and I received rude treatment verbally.

I just spoke to an associate at the AT&T store (Shawn, I think) and he was extremely unhelpful and very rude. If you have a question about an iPhone upgrade, I definitely recommend going to the Apple Store at the mall. The store is much busier, but worth th wait for much better customer service.
