and to top it off, the next day the girl at the loop loation was able to wrap up the transfer in about 5 minutes.seriously this near north location needs to just go away

Big fan of this location. Quickest, friendliest and this is the most honest AT&T in the city. I went in for the new iPhone today and Will introduced himself right away.Within fifteen minutes I had my new iPhone 5S in GOLD ordered.He was super friendly and a pleasure to work with.I highly recommend Will when you visit:)

Terrible customer service! First of all after signing up for their high speed internet it took 2 MONTHS for them to come out and turn our service on....
