Good customer service. We were greeted at the door. Great location; close to the mall. However, it is almost always busy but if you're only making a payment like I do monthly they do have kiosks you can use. The workers are friendly and helpful they seem to be knowledgeable with their products.

Horrible customer service. We came in today to get a phone upgrade and were told there was a 1hr-1.5hr wait. We had our names added to the list and went to wander around the shopping center.
