Went in there to take care of my daughters iPhone (upgrade). Customer service rep Alex helped us, she was awesome. She was able to take care of us and then some. Great service all around.

I drive to Simi rather than deal with the crowds at Northridge or Woodland Hills (both closer) stores. I receive professional, courteous, and friendly service every time I visit. When my son went to upgrade his phone he was given a 'free tablet'. The bill came and it was hardly free. They had written him up for a service contract along with the phone he was upgrading without his knowledge. This is just another scam this store is famous for. DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING!!!
