I was not greeted when I walked in, I had a few questions I walked around to wait till the girl was done. She never paid me any attention, I left the store with unanswered questions.

This is by far the best ATT store that I have ever been to.They bend over backwards to help and best of all, they actually follow through!Alison is amazing - I'm thinking of ordering an iPhone 4 next week and I sure hope she still works here.She helped me so much with my last phone and got her district manager to help with the problems I was having............

The sales staff here are extremely helpful and friendly.I bought a phone at a different provider's store and within a week it was malfunctioning.I brought it here and they switched it out no questions asked.They'll have my business for years to come!
