ZERO STARS!!!!!! This is the worst ATT store I've ever been in. 2 reps working floor and you have to sign up (there's no sign stating that) to be able to speak to a rep. Some people walked around...

Is there a no star , then I would definitely give that. Worst customer service. The Reps are usually busy with other customers. And the customers , don't know what kind of problem or purchases...
