As i have continuassly gone to the att store to ask a simple question they tell me that my appoitemeant (for the 5th time) can not be found. I have all od the comfirmation texts and emails and they still blow me off. I call the store to confirm my appoitemeant today and they dont answer after i sat on the phone with the automated service for 45 minutes. I got in my car drive to the store and...

terrible customer service

Should have been offered EXCELLENT upgrade options on my phone, since I was way overdue (at least 3 years on my last phone) but was not. Instead I had to endure high pressure sales pitch about converting my tv, internet ...to att service ..after looking around at the phones I decided to go with one but could not find the person who was helping me ANYWHERE so I left and will never go to this...
