The worst experience. Got email confirmation that phone was ready for pickup, travelled to store, waited in store for 30 minutes only to be told that the phone wasn't there and there's nothing...

Terrible store. I ordered something to pick up there and they told me that it was sold in between the time that I ordered it and I picked it up. Mind you, I got the receipt and was billed for...

Service in-store was good, but they are unreachable by phone. 15 attempts today -- all ending with an "all reps are currently helping other customers" message.
